  Been here a few times, the first time was amazing, but the last few times have been disappointing. Hasn't been hardly anyone in, and so hasn't been much atmosphere. It's a real shame because this is actually one of the nicer bars in Lancaster and was definitely the one that stood out from my first visit.

  Absolutely shocking management (Natasha) Booked afternoon tea for 12 menu when we booked was not what we got! Got 3 picnic benches with A few donuts and cookies chopped up. one variety of sandwich ham and pickle! A few sausage rolls that were sat on the bar when we arrived! Scones 1 of which had hair all over! No jam, cream or butter! And a quiche which was green on the bottom! No tea or coffee! And a warm watered down smoothie!! Shocking considering the menu we booked included pork pies, toasties, three types of sandwiches, a selection of cakes. Cameron the very helpful bar staff was unaware we were coming until five min before we arrived and was told to put what food there was downstairs on a few benches he offered to try rectify and go get some bits from sainsburys but the day was already ruined. Would not recommend anyone planning an event to book here. If Natasha (owners wife) thinks the business is going to succeed treating customers the way she did today it's beyond me.
